“This property met expectations and some! There are multiple “hang out” areas for a large group to all be in the house but be able to have some breathing room. The kitchen is fully stocked to facilitate cooking, just bring your food. The location is great with Centennial Park (and the Pantheon attraction) within a 15 min walk and restaurants a short drive down the street.”

“The property was beautiful and accommodating and central located to downtown and airport;, However, guests should be prepared in advance of the number of stairs in the unit for handicap accessible. No clean linen on most beds and most baths not cleaned. Lacked a maintenance/housekeeper check prior to rental. Units lacked essential amenities- broom, iron/board, cookware, etc. I purchased a grille to bring when confirm one didn’t exist, but one was on the rooftop upon arrival - afraid to use it based on confirmation. Overall, I would recommend use of the properties, particularly if minor concerns are addressed.”

“House is so cute! Matches pictures very well plenty of room! House could use a deep cleaning if you walk around with no shoes your feet will turn black.”

“Lots of beds for everyone to crash. We knew there were lots of stairs, but it’s lots of stairs! The property was clean but could stand some general maintenance. We had everything we needed, but there are areas in the bathrooms especially that have water damaged areas & have been well used. The garage is not accessible from the parking out. You have go around the building to access the front door. Overall, great house for a large group but could use a little love & general upkeep. Rooftop was super, it was 100 degrees so we didn’t utilize it but could be fun! We did not find many restaurants or attractions to be walkable. Broadway was only a 10 min or so uber away!”

“We had an absolute blast!!!! Only a few minor problems. There was some utensils that would of been nice like a coffee pot, forks and can opener, more towels/washcloths. The bed in master room was not comfortable and very loud. But overall such a cute place. And beyond enough room for everyone to have their own bed. So spacious and multiple places to hang out.”
