Wildcrown Properties

Wildcrown Properties's guest rating of 4.78 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

This property is fine. It's a 20 min walk to downtown and has a few closer options for food, liquor etc. Unfortunately, it provides the absolute bare minimum in terms of amenities -- scratchy towels, missing silverware, etc. It's also in a noticeable state of disrepair. The bunk bed frames were quite literally falling apart with hex bolts that were only finger-tight, and there's a metal canopy on the roof deck that was a good breeze away from collapsing. Not to mention loose door handles and broken odds and ends all across the apartment.

Great place with a lot of room for a large group of girls. The bathrooms were clean and the get ready stations in the garage were perfect. The linens could be switched out for newer bedding as they appeared worn, but were clean. Overall a nice stay for a bachelorette party!

This property is well decorated but needs attention asap. Unfortunately, the mold problem is severe and has impacted all bathrooms that have a shower attached. Additionally, the outdoor furniture is so worn it’s practically unusable. The house was great for our girls trip as we had more than enough space and definitely has the potential to live up to the photos.

Listing is just as pictured. Fit our crew perfectly. Close to many amenities. Love the 4th floor stay because of the balcony off the 4th floor for lounging. Building was very neat and rich with history. Speak easy in the basement was a neat addition. Overall we loved the place, it was cozy and clean, and perfect for our stay.

We were excited for our Nashville stay and appreciated being relocated after the original property’s A/C failed. Unfortunately, the replacement property had broken furniture, damaged beds, mold in the refrigerator ice compartment, an unmaintained rooftop area, and multiple large roaches inside the home. We attempted to contact the host four times during our stay without success and only received a response after contacting the property owner. The only solution offered was cleaning supplies. After checkout, it took nearly two weeks of communication before any resolution was provided. We were ultimately offered only a $100 refund and a booking credit, which had no value to us since we do not plan to book with this company again. Due to the property’s condition, pest issues, poor communication, and inadequate resolution, we would not recommend this company.

This is a multiple level house with about 57 stairs from the bottom entry way to the roof top so be prepared. But the property is very spacious and we all felt like we had our own private space if needed. There were a couple of the beds that were in trundle form that the trundle mattress had some hair and some stains so we didn’t utilize those. One of the biggest let downs was that there are flyers at the property advertising fairly convenient, flexible hours, and relatively cheap vans that will pick you up and bring you back from downtown. However, when I texted the number the person states the do not travel out that far to the properties address….. Therefore, our group utilized Uber and Lyft to get around and the drive from this property to downtown was anywhere between 12-20 minutes pending traffic, so no complaints there for our convenience! The roof top didn’t appear touched in a while and the light up signs had multiple light bulbs broken. But the view is spectacular!

No hot water was the only issue. I think I should have been compensated for that. Paying 4k and not having got water is not cool

We booked this Airbnb during an unprecedented ice storm in Nashville. Many residents were without power and their homes were freezing. The Airbnb itself was fine, we only needed a warm shower and heat. Our family’s home ended up getting power after being a week without. We let the owner know that we would be leaving early. All of the major hotel chains in the area, including Hilton were not penalizing local residents for not staying the entire length of their stay because of this major disaster in our city. Even though we left early, and let the owner know, he would only provide us with half credit each night, even though no one else was going to honestly travel to Nashville during an ice storm. This just did not feel fair. I feel like they took advantage of their own local residents during this time. We paid our nights stay, but they still charged us 1/2 of all the nights we didn’t stay, no other hotels did this to locals in the area at this time, only this Airbnb.
