This is our 3rd stay in 2yrs, so we expected better. We arrived to dirty Bed sheets, covered in hair, stained. I texted vacasa immediately, with photos. They were slow to respond and the only response was insigned and said they would contact the cleaning service to let them know. I then got a text from Chloe at vacasa saying the bedding is freshly laundered and she hopes I enjoy my stay. No offer or effort to remedy this problem. There was no additional bedding so I had to strip the bed and wash everything myself that night. Extremely gross conditions and even worse customer care. My third stay is the last.

The apartment was clean and comfortable for our family of four. The living room was cozy with a comfortable couch and big TV and perfect for movie night with the kids. The kitchen was well-equipped for us to make breakfast and the table was just large enough to have our meals on it. The parking garage always had a space available, but be aware that the spaces are narrow and hard to get in and out of if you're not used to parking in tight spaces. In terms of cons, there is quite a bit of noise from upstairs. We could hear the neighbors walking about and it was pretty loud. There is also no full-size mirror in the apartment which might matter to some people. We also had an issue with the stove for which we had to reach out, but we managed to get it somewhat resolved during our stay. The location is okay. There are a few restaurants in walking distance. Grocery stores are a short drive away. Downtown is a short drive away. Overall, it was a good stay for a few days.

This is an ok stay in Nashville. For the price, I expected a bit more though. The place was clean, but the shower's water pressure was very low. The biggest issue was the incredibly noisy highway right outside the house. I will say that they provided lots of earplugs and white noise machines, but I wish they had been more upfront about the noise level. We also had an issue with the front door code provided to us, which was not working. We got a new one, but it took a bit and the last thing you want to do after a long day of travel is to have to wait outside of the building. Overall, it's a fine stay, but it feels a bit overpriced for the experience.

Beautiful apartment with lots of added touches and real piece of luxury. Only issue was getting the codes to enter the apartment in the first place. We had to call and chase them as the email didn’t come. Once we had them it was an easy system to use.

Instructions to get in were a little unclear and parking garage is tight - if you drive anything bigger than a medium SUV, good luck! Good location for price and felt like a safe area.
