Decor was fun and inviting. We were comfortable although upstairs was very hot. Parking was a bit tough to figure out with the app at first. I asked about it but they just sent me the same instructions I knew about. Navigating the app was new. I was nervous with the response time saying 4hours so we parked in the street nearby and walked. Easy commute to the main parts of the city. Just around the corner from a bunch of nice places for breakfast- we did have to drive to as the railroad was up a hill and we couldn’t see access open across the way to walk. A lot of construction around. The condo staff was extremely nice and helpful. Nice place overall.

Right across the rescue center, not a good neighborhood, very risky. Also, train tracks are right behind the apartment which can be very loud when sleeping. House is clean but not a good neighborhood/street to be in

I didn’t find it to be clean, but not horribly dirty maybe some dust some things not working like the salt shaker lid the toilet paper holder the location there’s a homeless shelter across the street. It is loud there’s a train nearby. I feel like the cost was too high.

Booked this place for my bachelorette party. It was nice having the protected condo with locks and security especially given the homeless people in the area. The Nashville Rescue Mission is at the end of the block. There were usually people handing out goods in the parking lot across the street during the day time. We utilized the complementary luggage storage since we arrived earlier than check in. We walked to Ole Smokey for lunch and played lawn games before checkin. I had noticed there was no one booked an entire week before us, so I inquired about checking in early. The best they could do was 2 hours. I even offered to pay for even earlier but was told that was the best they could do even though no one had been there for weeks before. The place was stuffy when we first went in because of that. Some items were damaged. Mirrors were broken, walls were scuffed up or had paint chipping, and the shower faucet and rod were down not attached to the wall (we were able to resolve this)

The condo is absolutely beautiful! Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, and the decor is truly extraordinary. It’s one of the prettiest places we’ve stayed, and the amenities were great. You can tell a lot of care went into creating such a gorgeous space. That said, there were a few things that impacted our stay. The train noise was much louder than we expected—it honestly felt like it was coming right through the middle of the condo, and it ran throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. There was also ongoing construction nearby, and the drilling started early and continued during the day. The upstairs loft, where the bunk beds and second bathroom are located, was also very warm. Even with six fans running, everyone sleeping upstairs was still uncomfortably hot. Overall, the beauty and charm of the condo are what make it stand out, and we truly loved the space itself. However, given the price, we expected a quieter and more comfortable experience.
