InJoy Vacations's guest rating of 4.75 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Great place perfect location. Quiet area near Vanderbilt university. Minutes from downtown and Broadway. Midtown area is even closer. Close to all. Perfect space. Comdo was very clean, comfortable and decorated classy. Book with great reccomendations and ideas was very useful. Felt safe in the area. Well maintained building could walk to the park/Parthenon. Plenty of parking which is a bonus. Would highly recommend if visiting Nashville.”airbnb

“Pros - The place was clean & nice. Desk managers were very friendly. It was close to the Gulch area 8-10 min & Broadway was an easy 20 min. We did take an Uber twice. We were never woken up by the train. It slows down a lot when passing the complex. Cons - The property is located by some homeless support buildings or something, many homeless everywhere. We saw drugs & had one lady scream out that she was the daughter of God as we passed. It's uncomfortable & we had a young women in our party that was working & would meet up with us later & we had to sent someone to walk with her as we did not want her walking alone. The biggest problem was the automated entry. You had to download an app to access the property/unit. After 12 hrs travel my phone was dying at arrival, I left it in the room once & my sons phone died once. Not good. It took many texts/emails to get it set up & the gals doing it had no customer svc & were snippy, despite my kindness, not Airbnb. We will not stay here again.”airbnb

“Great place. A little off the beaten path, but easy to get to all things Nashville via short Uber ride. Free Covered parking a bonus. Hosts were extremely quick to reply. Highly recommend!”airbnb

“Thank you so much for everything! Our stay was amazing and the views were beautiful. The Airbnb was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. We would definitely stay here again! The host was awesome and communication was one of the best parts of our stay. We had a lot of questions and they answered every single one quickly and kindly. The host did let us know ahead of time about the long elevator wait times, which we appreciated. However, we were not informed that the parking garage elevators were down, so we had to carry all of our belongings down from the second floor with no carts available. Some elevators were also out of service during our stay, but that is the hotel’s issue, not the host’s. The only other issues were finding the main bedroom remote and the freezer ice maker overfilling, causing ice to fall onto the floor when opened. Other than that, everything was great. Also, if you love crab, try Captain Jack’s!”airbnb

“Everything was wonderful but the elevators was the hard part but we really had a great stay.”airbnb

“The Airbnb was great! The place looked even better in person than the pictures. Everything was new and well kept inside of the home. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The only thing we had trouble with during the trip, was where to park our car once we got there. The host of the Airbnb gave clear detailed instructions on where to park and how to locate it, but the set up of the building was just a little confusing. We did end up figuring it out eventually after driving around for a bit. There was a train that ran by very close to the Airbnb, but it did not bother us at all. The host was very accommodating and left sound machines and earplugs for us. Overall, I’d rate this Airbnb 5/5. The host and their property were just amazing.”airbnb

“Our stay at Laketown Wharf was PERFECT! Condo was EXACTLY how described! The somewhat frustrating part of our stay was the long wait times for the elevators but we were notified of the possible wait times prior to our arrival. We were very pleased with our stay and plan on returning!”airbnb

“Run down couch and furniture. Old and worn. Hard cheap mattress. Towels had hair. Seems owner cut corners at every possible step. Not impressed and will not be booking again”airbnb

“Cute little place. Had trouble with the elevator lock getting in one of the nights it wasn’t working at all and I went on a little mission getting someone to open it for me. Also walls are super thin the neighbors didn’t stop having very VERY LOUD SEX they were literally banging on the walls where I slept. The bathroom shower has half of a door very weird the floor would get wet. I almost fell coming out the shower twice! The fridge had 3 great value water bottles not sure if previous ppl left but I didn’t feel comfortable drinking out of them.”airbnb

“My stay at Laketown Wharf Resort was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. This place is completely overrated and nothing like what’s advertised online. It felt more like a neglected, run-down property than a “resort.” The cleanliness was unacceptable. The patio was filthy and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. Inside, the decor is extremely outdated and worn, making the whole place feel cheap and poorly maintained. To make things worse, there was visible mold on the vents and even on the shower heads, which is a serious health concern. Basic amenities didn’t even work. The WiFi was unreliable and barely usable, two of the TVs in the unit didn’t work at all, and the wristbands they give you for access constantly malfunctioned. It felt like nothing in this place was properly maintained or checked. The elevators are a disaster—slow, overcrowded, and the elevator areas were literally infested with gnats, which was disgusting. Getting to and from the room was fru”airbnb
