“The place definitely served its purpose. The overall building was really just a party building that was loud almost the entire night. If you’re looking for a place to just lay your head and go out and enjoy all the Nashville night life then I definitely recommend it.”

“The actual Airbnb is much smaller than it appears. We couldn’t even open our suitcases in the bedrooms. The ac stopped working and the shower pressure was terrible on the showers. However, the worst part was the location… one street over was absolutely terrifying. We never walked to broadway because it felt unsafe.”

“The location is great! Condo is old with low ceilings and needs a detailed cleaning. Lots of dust. Ceiling fans, under cabinets and bathroom drawers are dirty. Place mats had dried food on them.”

“Our stay was deeply disappointing. The condo smelled strongly of cigarettes, marijuana debris was left on the balcony, and the fridge water dispenser was covered in black mold my children drank from. We found stained pillows, live roaches (one crawled across our bed), and an exposed nail on a chair scratched my daughter's legs. The ceiling then leaked, requiring towels, a wet vac, and loud fans that ruined the living space. The host only offered a cleaning fee refund, which was inadequate for these severe health and safety hazards. We had to escalate this to Airbnb Senior Management, who intervened and forced a full additional refund for the unsafe conditions. Traveling with five children, we spent our vacation dealing with filth and maintenance instead of enjoying ourselves. We would absolutely never stay here again.”

“We have been going to Seaside for years. We love it here.. We used to be able to rent for the month directly from the owners for a great deal in the off season. I paid more $ for a 1 week stay than I used to pay for the month. The room wasn't up to the standards from the unit I used to rent. I get it price goes up and things change, but greed seems to be a factor here. We have seen the same faces for years from people in other states we met.This year half the people left. Its a shame Management won't allow the monthly rate anymore. This could possibly be our last stay here.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a good stay and were really happy to find this condo as a last-minute booking. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and overall it worked well for our family. The kitchen was just okay, and there wasn’t quite enough silverware for six people, so having more would have been helpful. The master bathroom was also pretty small. One thing I would recommend addressing is the top bunk. It did not have safety rails, which would be an important safety improvement, especially for children. That being said, for a last-minute booking in PCB, we were happy with the condo and it met our needs. Overall, we had a nice stay and would consider staying here again.”

“We stayed at Diamonds are Forever for two nights for a bachelorette trip. We wanted to highlight a few issues we had during our stay. Although the parking instructions were detailed, they need to be changed to emphasize that the garage parking is VERY limited. The owner garage did not have any non-reserved spaces and the LL guest parking had only 20 spots, that were all full. The street parking is also sketchy because 1. There are not many free spots 2. You may have to climb uphill with your luggage and 3. You have to avoid the 10-20 unhoused individuals. It was not very conducive for a bachelorette trip with multiple people driving from different cities and with people bringing groceries, drinks, and decorations. It is unfortunate too because that is the first impression of the stay and the start of the weekend. The second issue would be the heat upstairs. It was unfortunately so miserably hot, that the four guests staying upstairs were sweating in bed. Even with 2 fans it was HOT.”

“Booked this place for my bachelorette party. It was nice having the protected condo with locks and security especially given the homeless people in the area. The Nashville Rescue Mission is at the end of the block. There were usually people handing out goods in the parking lot across the street during the day time. We utilized the complementary luggage storage since we arrived earlier than check in. We walked to Ole Smokey for lunch and played lawn games before checkin. I had noticed there was no one booked an entire week before us, so I inquired about checking in early. The best they could do was 2 hours. I even offered to pay for even earlier but was told that was the best they could do even though no one had been there for weeks before. The place was stuffy when we first went in because of that. Some items were damaged. Mirrors were broken, walls were scuffed up or had paint chipping, and the shower faucet and rod were down not attached to the wall (we were able to resolve this)”

“My stay at Laketown Wharf Resort was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. This place is completely overrated and nothing like what’s advertised online. It felt more like a neglected, run-down property than a “resort.” The cleanliness was unacceptable. The patio was filthy and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. Inside, the decor is extremely outdated and worn, making the whole place feel cheap and poorly maintained. To make things worse, there was visible mold on the vents and even on the shower heads, which is a serious health concern. Basic amenities didn’t even work. The WiFi was unreliable and barely usable, two of the TVs in the unit didn’t work at all, and the wristbands they give you for access constantly malfunctioned. It felt like nothing in this place was properly maintained or checked. The elevators are a disaster—slow, overcrowded, and the elevator areas were literally infested with gnats, which was disgusting. “The Wharf was over nice place. But I would never go back nor would I recommend it to anyone. This resort was nothing but party central. Loud parties all night long. This is a very large complex and they only have 5 elevators and my family was there for 6 nights and 2 of the 5 never worked. We waited 30-45 minutes every single time we used the elevators. There was a homeless person sleeping in the staircase that’s why we didn’t use the stairs. We reported this several times and no one addressed. There were so many people parting on the beach that they closed the private beach entrance for the Wharf beach several times a day which meant we had several Days we couldn’t even go to the beach. There were cops out at your complex all day and evening each night we were there.”
