“Clean and comfy old house with good amenities like washer/dryer/iron but very minimal to no household items like soap, spices and cooking oils. Great proximity to town and river. Very easy to get an uber or a scooter but the neighborhood was a lil rough. Host is very responsive but wasn’t proactive with solutions during our stay.”

“We had a great stay and highly recommend this space! The location was fantastic, with Kroger, Walgreens, fun little shops, restaurants, and other neighborhood spots within walking distance. It was also incredibly easy to get around Nashville with quick Uber and Waymo access. The house had plenty of space for our group and was a great home base for our girls’ trip. The only two minor issues were communication around early check-in and the downstairs tub. We asked several times about early check-in and were happy to pay a fee, but never received a definitive yes or no. We completely understood if it wasn’t available; it just would have been helpful to know either way so we could plan our arrival. The downstairs tub also drained slowly and would begin to back up during a shower, so that may need some attention. Neither issue took away from our overall experience. We really enjoyed the house, loved the neighborhood, and would absolutely recommend staying here.”

“Held a bachelorette trip here. From booking to during the stay, they responded quickly. However when it was time for checkout, the response time was very slow. I did ask for an extension pretty late at night, however I got a response that said they would have an answer for me shortly, and they never got back to me. I followed up the next morning, on the day of checkout, and got the same response with no follow up. I will also say, the cleanliness of the entire house was a bit of an issue. Mainly just a couple of flies when entering and spiders were found in one of the bedrooms. Noting this because I specifically asked the hosts to do a walkthrough before we got there to make sure there were not any bugs in the house as I saw a previous review that said that was a problem. They told me they would, so it was very disappointing seeing the flies and finding the spiders. There were also stains on all of the bathroom walls and the closet on the third floor had a lot of scuffs and stains.”

“Airbnbs review We traveled with three families and young children. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept really well! The couch had several hard areas and seemed possibly broken. This home has definitely been used and needs some maintenance. We had read past reviews and didn’t have high expectations of the items stocked or cleanliness and the reviews were correct. If you want to cook a lot here, come prepared with paper plates and plastic cups because there aren’t enough plates or mugs to accommodate the capacity. We made do and also purchased our own cleaner because there wasn’t anything to clean our messes in the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay though and feel the price for the location and space is good. Hosts were always responsive. Past reviews helped us make our decision and we weren’t surprised upon arrival. We would stay here again and recommend for a large group that wants to stay off the main Broadway area but still close to everything.”

“The Host was communicative and the place itself is very big. It’s has big rooms and an ideal spot to stay for visiting Nashville. However, the cockroaches were not something we were expecting . They were on the couch, in the bathrooms and especially in the kitchen area. It was hard eating at times because they would just come out of nowhere and we had to leave somewhere else to go eat.”
