We had a great time at this location with family celebrating birthdays and responded promptly when we arrived early to see if we could get in a little early as we had traveled 10 hours. It was very nice and the only issue we had when we stayed was the outlets not working in some rooms and contacted them and said they would be out the next day. No one every came to address the issue before we left a few days later.

For what we paid, I was expecting more. The table where you were expected to eat, gave you chairs that were at least 24” below the table and we definitely could have used more soap. We had 3 tvs with no instructions on how to use them. We’re both over 70 and not so technically proficient. They could make the place a lot easier for seniors. As always, the pictures you get really didn’t represent reality. Next time we will go with a hotel

Had some trouble checking in. The instructions included the wrong PIN for building access, and the Wi-Fi password provided was also incorrect. We had to call for assistance, which added about 20 minutes after a 5.5 hour drive when we just wanted to settle in and relax. Overall, the place was nicely decorated and mostly clean. However, the pull-out bed mattresses were uncomfortable, and the comforter we grabbed from the closet to make it softer appeared dirty. It was also difficult to sleep because noise from upstairs plumbing/flushing could be heard very clearly.

Overall, I felt that the unit lacked effort. There are many pros however - great appliances, bathroom very nice, it’s walkable to 12 South and the neighborhood felt extremely safe. The cons - again, it felt lazy. There was only one washcloth given (microfiber towel), the bed missed a fitted sheet, and the blinds were paper which you had to tediously fold up just to let sunshine in for the bedroom. After spending a fair amount of money renting the unit, I felt that we didn’t get the value.

We came down for a cheer competition and a little vacation, and the location was great only about 12 minutes from Broadway. The condo itself is a cute, comfortable space. The beds were cozy, and I really liked that the master bedroom is on the opposite end of the condo for extra privacy. A few things to be aware of: the furniture is nice but very worn and peeling, and the kitchen could use a few more basic tools. The washing machine is extremely small, so expect laundry to take longer than usual. Also, the building access code situation was frustrating. The code worked for the stairwells but never worked for the elevator, even though it’s supposed to be the same code. We reached out and were told someone would follow up on Monday, but we never heard back. Because of that, we had to take the stairs or have someone on the second floor bring the elevator down when we had a lot to carry.
