“Location is excellent and the townhouse units are modern and nice. It's especially nice that every bedroom has an attached private bathroom. We had several issues, however. First, there was an unexpected "deposit" that was required for damages. This was not clearly listed. If nothing happened, it was returned. But this was not listed clearly and caused issues with my business credit card. When I messaged the host, all responses were AI generated and the actual host never replied. Second, while there were blinds in each room, no curtains were provided and there was quite a bit of light leakage into the bedrooms. Third, the listing mentioned that toiletries were provided, but only the first floor bathroom had shower gel and shampoo. Finally, the house is on a railroad that runs early in the morning. This was only heard in the back bedroom, but it did wake me up.”

“Airbnb should seriously review this listing. The property was no longer under David’s ownership/management when we arrived, yet our reservation remained confirmed. I messaged David shortly after booking, but he never informed us of any ownership or management issue. On the day of check-in, I contacted him for check-in instructions and received no response. We only learned about the situation after arriving at the property and getting into a serious dispute over our confirmed reservation. Even after Airbnb became involved, David did not take responsibility for resolving the situation. This was an extremely stressful and unacceptable experience and, by far, the worst Airbnb experience I have ever had.”

“They put me in a place with no AC. I told them it doesn’t work they moved me next door told me I can stay there one night and told me I had to go back to the Airbnb that didn’t have any ac because they had someone else coming. Then I went back to the original Airbnb they told me I couldn’t stay there and said I had to get a hotel room they paid 146 for the room but charged me 457 a night so I’m wondering where’s the rest of my money at”

“Clothes washer was not working. No wash clothe in main bathroom or body soap in any bathroom. Pee stain on upstairs bed with no mattress cover. A bit far from Broadway. Clean outside of the above mattress.”

“The epitome of Airbnb's worst aspects. The description sounds like some guy just doing it for fun. Upon arrival it's a row of townhomes that are new, poorly built, and only used for airbnb. The parking was not ample, the townhome feels like a model instead of a home, and there are rules posted all over the house. Once inside it is an echo chamber and some very unsafe stairs. Not only is the description wrong in many ways, the houses design is horrendous with the kitchen on the 2nd floor, paint that won't clean, bugs everywhere, and a hot garage converted into a useless playroom. Along a 15 minute walk to the only place for food and drinks closeby, we noticed that we were yelling the entire time until we got back inside due to the noise of the a/c's. Nashville, DDP and Airbnb should not be allowed to ruin local communities with this "business model." Getting in was easy, getting out and never looking back was the best part.”
