“Lock was not working”

“We instantly had issues with the lock on the door, the batteries must have died because we were unable to push any of the buttons without the lock flashing a red light. Inside there was a noticeable and prominent musty smell and with further investigation the entire bathroom ceiling was covered in orange mold clusters. There was little to no toilet paper, we had to buy our own. The closet door was broken off of the rails and the linens were not washed, clear large stains. We let the host know about all of these issues and all they claimed was that they contacted their cleaning team. We stayed one night when our trip was four day. We contacted air bnb who contacted the host and refunded our stay because our host agreed that they made a mistake and the room was not guest ready. We then had to quickly find another air bnb at 9pm at night that was ready for us for the remainder of our trip.”

“I asked a lot to please be noticed if we could check in earlier because I was coming from a tiring red eye and needed rest, and it bothered me that they said they would let me know when the place was cleaned and they never did, wouldnt even let me go drop my luggage even tho the place was free from other guests. Then ALL the towels but one STANK from cigarrete smell, they said theyd bring out towels and NEVER did. I also asked for silverware cause the ones in the kitchen HAD FOOD IN THEM, and they never sent clean ones either. So inconsiderate, from start to finish, makes me so mad considering the price i paid and how this listings sell em selves like they were a perfect stay”

“The photo on here is professionally taken and edited in such a way that makes the place look modern and nice. In reality, the kitchen, drawer, etc are all still old. I was afraid to open the drawers to find a cockroach but thankfully there was none. Also the towels had hair from previous users.”
