“It was nice of them to let it as was so we could clean it to OUR standard, including showers that drain. Even better, we got a COCKROACH AS A WELCOME PET on night 1 and gnats everywhere. The only thing that could make it better was furniture which I could repair and rooftop lights not filled with water...but they dropped the ball there, I couldn't repair it because it was too badly damaged for repair and needed replaced! If you're looking for a DIY airb&b I highly recommend this company. If you want what you paid for go somewhere else like a typical overpaid loser visiting Nashville for their very first time. I highly recommend the overpaid loser route.”

“Not really helpful with early check in. Messages was through AI. We arrived at 5:30am in Nashville and was trying to get early check in. I messaged them and always received the same response from AI. It wasn’t until 1pm I got a response that I was approved for early check in. Very inconvenient of them and wasn’t too helpful. We had to inconveniently carry our luggage from restaurant to cafes until we can get into our unit. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate of them to not at least offer to leave our luggage there. Also, there was a fee for almost everything if certain rules wasn’t followed. For example, leaving the ac above 70 degrees. If that wasn’t followed there would’ve been a fee. Early check in was a fee. I had family stay across from us and they was allowed to go in there unit at 9am! With no fee! Pretty unsatisfactory.”
