Casago Middle Tennessee 3

4.59
Casago Middle Tennessee 3's guest rating of 4.59 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

It was nice of them to let it as was so we could clean it to OUR standard, including showers that drain. Even better, we got a COCKROACH AS A WELCOME PET on night 1 and gnats everywhere. The only thing that could make it better was furniture which I could repair and rooftop lights not filled with water...but they dropped the ball there, I couldn't repair it because it was too badly damaged for repair and needed replaced! If you're looking for a DIY airb&b I highly recommend this company. If you want what you paid for go somewhere else like a typical overpaid loser visiting Nashville for their very first time. I highly recommend the overpaid loser route.

Nice budget place to stay in Nashville, can walk many places, room itself is nice but not the place if you want to do much at the airbnb, perfect for me since I mostly just used it as a bed

Not really helpful with early check in. Messages was through AI. We arrived at 5:30am in Nashville and was trying to get early check in. I messaged them and always received the same response from AI. It wasn’t until 1pm I got a response that I was approved for early check in. Very inconvenient of them and wasn’t too helpful. We had to inconveniently carry our luggage from restaurant to cafes until we can get into our unit. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate of them to not at least offer to leave our luggage there. Also, there was a fee for almost everything if certain rules wasn’t followed. For example, leaving the ac above 70 degrees. If that wasn’t followed there would’ve been a fee. Early check in was a fee. I had family stay across from us and they was allowed to go in there unit at 9am! With no fee! Pretty unsatisfactory.

get problems fixed, or tell guests so other choice may be considered.

Called about the elevator and ice maker not working. Reached out our first day and they said they would have maintenance come out. No one showed. The majority of our party was over 50 and carrying the luggage and food up and down those stairs was exhausting. No ice was a problem considering it was the 4th of july. Had to make trips to the gas station numerous times.

Overall the house was fine. It was dusty and the floors turned our feet and socks black, but otherwise clean. Unfortunately lots of trash from the prior tenant was left behind and I requested it to be removed daily for 5 days. Response was only empty apologies with promises left undone. Eventually trash day came around and I had to put it out myself because it was smelling and drawing bugs. Communication was poor from management. Thankfully nothing major happened because I’m not certain it would have been taken care of in a timely fashion.

We arrived and were told that we could not check in early due to the host wanting to make it “perfect” for us. When we finally got inside, we found mold in the bedroom windows, the shower in the first bathroom on the right didn’t drain, the entire left side of the stove didn’t work, the dishwasher didn’t work, the blinds wouldn’t open, and there was dust all over the floor. There were no cleaning products so we could wipe down counters or amenities. The code for the door worked but you had to try and open it like 3 different times before it would actually open. We were unfortunately very disappointed, and do not think it was worth the price we paid.

When booking the place there was misleading information, the summary of the listing shows can sleep up to 6 but in other places it shows up up to 4. I messaged the company and brought this up and was told up to 4 is the correct answer but like why is there 2 different things. Also I was messaged by the company with some additional information that stated large suvs and trucks may not fit in the parking garage so I messaged and asked what the clearance is in the parking garage so I could be sure to fit and they didn’t know. Oh okay. And trying to get into the condo was a nightmare I had to call support. Would not book again.
