“So this place is kind of unique in that the entire townhome complex is Airbnb’s. The location was amazing! The decor was very cute and great for a big group get away. The hosts were always very responsive and got things to us very quickly. Huge shout out to the handy man Jonathan who came in the middle of a huge storm to fix the water coming in the door. He was great with our kid and gave us great recommendations. Ye was a highlight. Now the bad - the internet was abysmal. I think there’s only one or two network, We couldn’t stream tv shows that’s how slow it was. The on these new Nashville builds aren’t great. But after leaked through the front door and up through the floor and lvp flooring. Everything is clean but could use a good deep clean - my kids feet were black by hour of walking on the floors. One thing I should’ve checked first s there is no bathtub. So if you have a child it could be hard to bathe them. But for adults looking to”

“While the decor finishes are a little rough on the edges, but the space was clean and functional. The apartment was pretty hot, even with thermostat set to 70, but when the air condition blasts in the main room it gets very chilly. Neither bedroom ceiling fans were working, but box fans were provided - pretty noisy. The apartment building is directly next to the highway which is also very noisy, but noise machines are provided in each bedroom. The location was prime for attending a wedding at The Cordelle venue, which was walkable just down the street. We did rent a car and never had an issue finding street parking out front of the building. Having access to a washer/dryer with an infant was much needed and both were functional. Overall, good value, would stay again.”

“AvantStay Nashville's listing was not accessible with a wheelchair even though it was advertised as accessible by an elevator. Location is misleading. Listing also smelled of cigarette smoke. Agent was responsive during the stay but had promised a call back and once we left I have not heard back. That lack of follow through is very disapointing.”
