“We enjoyed our stay! This house was very nice and the best decorated of the houses we have stayed in, in this area. We love this location because it is so close to everything! The hot water heater went out on us day 2 of our stay. I called the after hours number and someone answered right away and sent someone out. They contacted me in a little over an hour to tell me the hot water heater needed to be replaced but it was too late in the evening to get one. Bur they could come in the morning when it was convenient for us. They came in the next morning and were out in no time. I highly recommend staying with this company they are very responsive and quick. Great House Great Location! Thanks again for letting us stay and we WILL be back!!”

“We can’t say enough good things about our stay and your staff. We had selected a charming chalet but due to an unforeseen cabin maintenance issue, we had to change to another cabin. The team quickly offered amazing options and we drove straight to our new cabin. This cabin had everything we needed, from amazing views and nice kitchen to super comfy beds and relaxing mountain vibe. We have been coming to the mountains for over 30 years and this was one of our favorite places we have ever stayed. Thanks again.”

“We had a wonderful stay with Mountain Laurel Chalets. The cabin was spacious, comfortable, and peacefully located high up in the hills. It is certainly steep to get there, but the roads are solidly built. As others have noted, the water is quite sulfuric, though I did not think this was overly absurd given the location. Very comfy bed and the hot tub was great. The sun room was quite buggy, dusty, and filled with webs, so my only recommendation would be to clean that area more regularly. They were very decently responsive when available, so that was nice. The free tickets tag is a bit misleading since it is only 1 ticket per day to the list of locations they offer, so if you come with others, expect to purchase the remaining tickets per day. There was also no coffee available even though it listed as such and has a machine, but they were very friendly and apologetic about that, so we managed fine. Overall I would stay there again and had a wonderful time. Thank you so much!”
