“Great location with an easy, short walk to the Gatlinburg strip. We enjoyed the pool, and the balcony had beautiful views. We even saw a bear right outside, which was really cool! Unfortunately, water continually dripped from the ceiling above the balcony, so we got wet while sitting outside. The biggest issue was comfort. The queen bed was probably the worst we have ever slept on. It was honestly like sleeping directly on a box spring and the pillows were equally uncomfortable. My husband and I gave up around midnight and spent the rest of the night on the couch and recliner, but still couldn’t sleep comfortably. My parents had no complaints about the king bed itself, but their bedroom stayed 77–78 degrees all night despite the AC running. There are definitely great things about this property, especially the location, pool, and views, but the queen mattress/pillows, leaking balcony roof, and cooling issue desperately need to be addressed.”
