“This is a rural property and it takes 20 plus minutes to reach from a main highway on a pretty small curvy hilly road. We loved it and we are used to rural country roads so it was fine but you should know if you want to run to the store it’s no easy trip.”

“Beds comfy. Kitchen very well-stocked w/plates and glasses etc. Ask ahead what the kitchen is stocked with so you can bring it to the AirBnB. Lawrence Foods offers the most basic provisions so find a specialty market and wine shop if you are particular. While msgs from mgmt were friendly, it’s definitely gives corporate more than local feel. Checkout was simple and easy to complete although my stay was challenged by illness for nearly the entire visit. Enjoyed the superb downstairs billiards (very cool vintage lamp over the pool tabke) & spaciousness of the home and glorious back deck, listening to birds (use your Merlin app!) and the neighboring roosters. Watching deer. Going for walks. Highly rec Daughtry Farm, Yorkshire Deli and the Fillin Station, locally. A Cuban restaurant (Soy Cubano) in West Nash and various World Cup viewing venues since we were unable to get the passcode for FireTV. Ensure you ask about all those things if they matter to you. It’s a comfy place.”

“I have never left a negative review, but I have to say something. The outside of the house, the porch, the deck, the back threshold, windowsills, and the chairs were all filthy. House was surface clean, but we found lots of spiders and webs, and under the cushions on the couch it was FILTHY! There were not enough chairs for 10 and not any extra blankets. Only a sheet and a thin blanket were on each bed. The tank on the gas grill was empty when we tried to use it. The manager did respond quickly and had a tank brought to us. There was an overwhelming smell of cat urine downstairs. I messaged Chase and he said it was the p trap for the washer. They knew it needed fixed but did nothing before we were there to solve the issue. Last but not least, the young kids received numerous bites while we were there. At first we thought mosquitoes or chiggers. But the kids did not play outside the last 2 days of our visit and adults also had bites. It was not bed bugs, but? Would not recommend!”
