Ant infested host claims this is normal for Florida but when pest control comes and it still doesn’t fix the issue you shouldn’t be having guests there. Dryer didn’t work host was not helpful with that either so we had wet clothes smelling after 2 days. Host had nothing to say besides sorry after checking out 4 days earlier due to the ants we couldn’t even eat in the home if you do rent this place and end up having to leave like us don’t plan on getting refunded host will ignore you. Do not recommend.

4pm check-in was too late and 10am checkout was too early. Please add that to your policy.

First and foremost, this property is gorgeous! The house, the location, the big lot, it’s beautiful. The house has 2 full kitchens, one in the basement, one upstairs. The basement area was a big hit for hangouts with the arcade games, big tv, and comfy couch. We had 10 people staying here, and everyone was very comfortable. There were a couple issues we had, and the reason for the 4 star review. Pulling up at check in, there were several items of trash throughout the property. The basement bath shower controls didn't function properly which made it difficult to set the temp. And lastly, a couple doors had missing screws and were hanging on by 1 screw per hinge. For such an expensive per night Airbnb, I would imagine things to be a bit better. Also, when reporting the trash to management, they replied with “sorry send us pics” and never responded/came out after that.

I stayed at this Airbnb for 3 nights and found the location to be decent. It’s tucked away in a quieter neighborhood while still being relatively close to downtown. Just note that Uber rides can get pricey, especially at night. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, with visible hair and stains from a previous guest. Most concerning, within the first hour I stepped on a used condom near the bed. This was extremely unsettling and clearly shows a lack of thorough cleaning between guests. The bed is very soft memory foam, which may not be ideal if you prefer firmer support, especially for those with back pain like myself. While the location was decent, cleanliness is a top priority for me, and this experience fell short. As someone who is very particular about cleanliness, this made it difficult for me to fully relax and feel comfortable in the space. I am still waiting to hear back regarding a resolution 3 days after initial contact.

I really didn’t have a problem with the room itself, it looked like the picture posted online. My main issue was the building, I stayed on the second floor and the stairs to go up were so dusty and filthy, it was truly an eye-saw. There was no way to walk up the stairs and use the railing as a guide up because you would get yourself dirty instantly. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in at least 6 months. The second floor balcony was also so incredibly dusty, you couldn’t even just hangout outside your room and enjoy the nice Nashville weather. Also, the guy next to me left his trash outside for 3 nights plus (the entirety of my stay) and no one attended to it. On the inside, the pipes and the ceilings were also dusty, the coffee machine had mold in it and there was a freaking recluse spider that I sadly had to kill in the bathroom. Overall though, this would be a decent spot to stay at as it is close to the city, I just wish they would upkeep it better.

I booked an entire house and got a connected guest house. We could hear the family’s conversations so clearly. We brought our dog to find out half of the gate in the backyard is missing so we could not freely let our dog outside as led to believe. Overall the listening needs a more transparent description for guest.

BEWARE PEOPLE!!! These people will try and rip you off! Once we paid in full the owners of the property tried requesting an additional $375 for our dog. When Airbnb says when you check out “ ALL FEES ARE INCLUDED” after looking through the comments we are not the first. After a back and forth conversation with Airbnb they reached out and had to warn these people that what they are doing is wrong. Beware of anything you do here.

Beautiful facility but the pool heater did not work. Luckily our party had an engineer in the crew to figure how to get the pool to heat up. But what a disappointment that the singular amenity did not work as described. Besides that accommodations were clean and well appointed

We stayed here due to the NES power outage all around Tennessee. Our house was going on a week of being 34 degrees during the ice storm. We tried to find a place because it was unsafe and NES had over 200,000 customers to assist. Check in was easy, we paid dog fees for the dogs, check out was simple. My rating is lower due to the fact that they tried to charge us over $600 for dog hair (even thought we paid dog deposits $175 each!!!!!) and then they said we left a small stain on the carpet when we did NOT. I made sure to leave that place in great condition before we left. Even it there was a small stain, I requested proof because 600 for a stain on the carpet is crazy. So over 1000 during a Tennessee weather crisis, plus another 600?! No thanks.
