“We loved our stay here! It was a great location, just off the Parkway in Pigeon Forge but high enough to not hear the traffic. The pool and lazy river are centrally located and easy to get to. The unit was clean and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again!”

“This was a great place on Douglas Lake. The house is extremely roomy. The 2nd story porch was a great place to relax and had a great view, it was cool sitting there during a rain event. The bottom floor is very nice but because you have to go outside to enter we did not use it as we only had 5 adults. Now for you boaters, we went Memorial Day weekend 2026, and this part of Tennessee was in a drought! Normally the lake (which the TVA drains 20 feet Oct thru April) is usually at full pool by end of May. It was 12 feet down when we visited! Many and I mean many docks were unusable, I saw docks with boats in their lift that had not a drop of water within a hundred yards. Fortunately this house is in a long bay/channel. The water was probably 30 feet from the dock but we easily just anchored there. Also the way it was situated there was no chance of a boat coming close enough with a large wake to disturb the shore.”

“Essentially it was a hotel without someone coming to clean your room each day. The Airbnb is not fully stocked, and there was no cleaning supplies like a broom or vaccuum so we were just stuck whenever we wanted to tidy up. For the amount of paperwork you have to fill out when you book, you would think it was be stocked and have everything you need (except food) but that’s not the case. It met our needs but couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience”
