“An incredible chalet. We would highly recommend. Children especially loved the massive games room, cool cinema and most of all the regular and close up bear and bear cub sightings from the balcony. The adults loved the stunning views from the luxurious main living area and the hot tub. It felt brand new, was well stocked with utensils etc and spacious. A great base from which to explore the Smoky Mountains.”

“The hot tub had issues. The touch screen to control the hot tub was not working. We could not get anyone to respond during off hours when we started using the hot tub.”

“The views were spectacular! The beds were comfy, internet was great, and air conditioning worked wonderful for the very hot weather! All members of my family really loved staying at this Airbnb and especially loved the top balcony off the master. The surrounding area has so many options of things to do! We have stayed in many airbnbs over time and it was quite inconvenient to not have the basic amenities that is a standard these days (shampoo, liquid soap at sinks, detergent to name a few). It does take about 10-15 min to get out of the resort and onto the main road so it’s a place you should make sure you get beforehand. I would think it would be helpful to have a proper walk through of the place by the owner for the water filter on the fridge needs a new filter as well as the washing machine. Basic stuff that you wouldn’t expect from such a nice home. Overall great experience.”
