“The hot tub had issues. The touch screen to control the hot tub was not working. We could not get anyone to respond during off hours when we started using the hot tub.”

“Communicating was a bit difficult and the house needed a little tlc. Just a bit more dust and cobwebs than expected. My family loved the house, was very spacious for all 8 of us and had plenty of seating. Right off of the main road with lots to do and see. Stayed for 5 nights and would definitely stay again!”

“Floors were nasty & sticky, Spider webs, bad odor. Comforters looked old & stained. The porch & porch furniture was nasty and the hot tub had weeds growing on the outside of it. Was not what I expected, very disappointed 😪”

“The house was invested with mice they come out of the ac vents and walk and poop all over the beds and everywhere Beware we were kids and it was a complete nightmare wouldn’t recommend it to anyone”

“We booked the cabin for our family reunion. The Cabin was Magnificent! I Loved Everything About It. We did have a few hiccups (leaking kitchen sink (which leaked onto the bed in the bedroom below. We were told they would bring clean linen but they never did), flooded dishwasher (wasn’t able to use), a few of the door handles came off, two of the bathroom sinks were stopped up and we didn’t know we were supposed to call before noon for a garbage pickup and had to leave all the garbage in a section of the kitchen) along our stay and they did send someone out to fix the issues but he only temporarily fixed the leaking kitchen sink cause it started back leaking again. We eventually just stopped using it. He also fixed one of the door handles. We were told he would return but he never did. Otherwise the cabin was awesome. We took advantage of everything it had to offer. Would definitely book it again!!”

“Breathtaking and peaceful views! It was perfect for our family reunion. Lots of room for people to hang out in small groups! The teens (and adults) loved the game room and theater room. However, the house needs maintenance. Most recliners in the theater were broken. The stairs to the lower gazebo were not stable enough for our whole family to take a picture. They have placed new handrails but lower structure is iffy, so we stayed on the upper porch. There was trash left in bathrooms, false eyelashes on the counter, and things left in drawers. The kitchen is a little tight when serving but we didn’t mind it. The outside was extremely overgrown. The outside trash receptacles were broken so bears had obviously gotten in and trash was strewn all around the property. We placed a hook to keep them shut during our stay. Parking is also very tight, but we made it work. Overall, the house was perfect for our reunion, it just needs maintenance and broken chairs either changed out or fixed.”

“The location would have been ok, however there was a bunch of construction happening that they did not mention. When we arrived we could not access the cabin because construction workers were parked up and down all the roads as well in the cabin parking. None of the tv’s would connect to the internet and the tv in the loft didn’t even have a cord long enough to make it to an outlet so we had to buy an extension cord. The ac in the loft didn’t even work. I messaged about all issues above and they never responded. They also never came and emptied our trash as they stated. So we couldn’t even take trash out our last 2 nights there.”

“We had a good time at the location because we were together. The proximity to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg was the only positive thing about the residence. There was no instruction on how to key in the code to enter. We guessed it. The home was very stuffy/dusty. The entire place looks as though no one has been in it for a while. Bring extra shoes for walking. The thing that was the worst was the stink bug infestation. I mean hundreds of them everywhere. The room upstairs we didnt even use because they were everywhere, the bed, the windows, walls.The upstairs windows entirely covered in them. Balcony outside the bedroom on main floor has a wasp problem; We didn't even use the jacuzzi. The pressure in all the faucets was terrible. The AC wasnt working properly.The house is in a very poor condition. ceilings downstair bedroom were rusted steel sheets with holes from which bugs came from. The home is being sold. So I can see why it would be like this. I don’t recommend, esp. with kids.”

“Overall extremely disappointed in this stay. I travel frequently and just wanted a simple weekend getaway in the mountains. Locating the correct unit was difficult after dark due to how small the lettering on the sign is. The property needs maintenance work and for the cost it should have been cleaner and in better condition. The first step to go up the porch needs repaired. Nails are sticking out of the side of it and it’s very loose. The second step up is not much better. At night the back porch has terrible lighting and there is rope lighting you can plug in with an extension cord running through the back door even though it doesn’t help. There was mouse poop in the master bedroom, a hole chewed through a blanket with a nest still in it, and you could see outside through the floor and walls. Someone spilled something previously and it wasn’t cleaned up prior to my stay. I took photos and I sent some to the company. I would not recommend staying at this location or with this company.”

“Here is a clear, factual, but firm review you could post: --- Unfortunately, our stay at this cabin was very disappointing due to cleanliness and maintenance issues. When we arrived, the cabin was noticeably dirty. There were towels thrown over the curtain rod, which appeared to have been left by the cleaning crew. We found trash and bugs under the beds, and the beds themselves did not feel clean. We also had to kill several roaches during our stay. The dishwasher did not work, which was inconvenient, and the windows would not lock, which raised safety concerns. Outside, the backyard area near the water had trash scattered throughout, making it unpleasant to use the outdoor space. Overall, the condition of the cabin did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness or upkeep. I hope the owner addresses these issues for future guests.”
