“Location was good to downtown. I will say that there should be a lot more awareness about the bears in the co do area. We were approached by mama and her cubs while checking in. The bear took off with our bag on luggage cart. They were also very close while entering and leaving condo. Felt a bit uneasy.”

“The home was beautiful as were the outside surroundings. The deck was our favorite area of the house as we utilized most of the space. Having a large outdoor table, tv and hot tub made our stay quite enjoyable. The beds were comfortable, with the exception of the bunk beds in the closet, and the bathrooms were super clean & beautiful. However, we did run into a few issues here. The driveway was super steep & we struggled with turning around when leaving. It’s the steepest driveway any of us have ever had to navigate & it made me nervous in the beginning trying to maneuver the car. I did get used to it by the end, but it wasn’t easy nor fun. The kitchen was great & we definitely made use of it, however it didn’t have anything in the way of spices- not even salt & pepper. There were 6 of us and we were only supplied with 4 small coffee pads to make only 4 cups of coffee. pathetically skimpy for us,we were nowhere near any coffee shops. And we def didn’t have enough TP for our 4 day stay.”

“After booking we were prompted to pay either a $70 one time nonrefundable fee or $300 held pending no damages were found 10 days later. This fee was not disclosed on the original listing. Condos and apartments are supposed to be listed as condos or apartments, not entire homes. It is located on a golf course with 18 other units. Listing didn’t mention it is a 300 yard walk from the parking with four elevated ramps. Also, the address that was sent over sent us to Dixie stampede in pigeon Forge because it did not have the E for East in the address so it took us 28 minutes in the wrong direction. Also the listing says pigeon Forge is only 9 miles from here, but it’s 18 from where I stand in the parking lot. Air BNB let us cancel due to all of these inaccuracies. The host would not cancel and planned on keeping our money.”

“It's literally okay. TVs and WiFi didn't work. They said someone was coming to check never did then the refund they gave me was literally only 50 bucks. Only thing good about it was the views but I'd rather just book another place with the same if not better views.”
