“Sadly, our stay at this property was not at all what we expected. The leather couches were very used and extremely uncomfortable. The home was not clean. When we asked that it be cleaned the cleaner claimed to have done so, but there was no evidence of the cleaning having been done. The cleaner had a terrible attitude as well. I think you guys should think about hiring a different cleaner. The refrigerator kept condensation on the outside of the freezer side. I would not recommend this property unless your expectation of clean is very low. The best part was seeing all of the bears. the host tried to be responsive towards the end of our stay but not when we first brought up the issue about the floors being dirty. as in your white socks will turn black.”
