Eagle Property Management

4.58
Eagle Property Management's guest rating of 4.58 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

Moonshine Hollow was a great place to stay, but I'm not happy with the lack of communication from management after an incident. First the positives. This cabin was big, clean, quiet, and a few minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. I particularly liked that each room had a king sized bed and soaking tub. The hot tub was nice after a long day out. Check in and out was super easy. Unfortunately, on the day of checkout, my girlfriend cut the bottom of her foot on a nail that was sticking up from the deck. It bled pretty badly and she had to get a tetanus shot. There were a few nails and a board sticking up. I reported this to the main customer service line and requested a callback from management. I wouldn't have mentioned any of this in the review but I never got a call back from management to make things right. And for that reason, my 4 star review is being generous.

Great location, fine apartment. It got the job done. The gripes that we have with this place are all easily remedied, and we are attempting to resolve that at present. We hope that the host is amenable to our feedback.

Beautiful view from the patio!!! ( the river sounded amazing)..Loved seeing things from my childhood in this cabin! The only down fall was the middle bed had ants. Other than that, it was great stay for our girls weekend!

We stayed there May 2026. Brought our dog but fyi no area with a lot of grass. So if you want to walk your dog, your going up a steep hill. when you turn on the road you don't see the road steep. House was nice but a bit dusty. There was a propane smell downstairs when we got there, but faded. There is well water and it was awful very high sulfur. It lingered after a shower Has a great view and is quiet and peaceful.

The steam shower in lower level master didn’t work upon arrival. The main floor fireplace had a remote but wasn’t labeled or stand out so we have to call for maintenance to come “fix it” as the pilot wasn’t lit and no clear instructions about the remote. They don’t have as many pots and cooking pans especially or larger ones to cook on for the size of our group. No pretty much everything was locked up as the owners still clearly live there. Kind of odd. No ac in the home and the windows in the downstairs master don’t open as they appeared to be sealed at the top corner. The room got very hot and uncomfortable and the closet in the lower master room reeked of dog urine. Which was upsetting for two reasons- they said no pets so we could t bring our older housebroken dogs with us to find out they own a dog and the room smelt of dog urine and they had dog bowls and mats in the laundry room. Not worth the money we paid for sure. Next time we will go to Breck. Not impressed.

A nice, comfortable condo as the photos describe, convenient location on the West Vail bus lines, but some small, notable disappointments that I found surprising. I noticed that there were not the proper coffee filters for the coffee maker at the unit, so messaged the management. I was told they do NOT provide coffee filters. As I shared with them, I find that quite incredible -- how are guests to know what type of filters to bring or buy without having to go out to the store after they check in, which was the annoying inconvenience I had to do. A coffeemaker without filters is not usable, and I have never encountered a rental that does not provide the necessary materials (utensils, salt & pepper, foil, dishes, pans, paper towels) for the kitchen appliances. Would be good to tell users to expect this that and what type of filters are needed should they maintain that policy. Also, they do not have toilet brushes in the bathrooms, which is also extremely inconvenient and strange.

The apartment is great and convenient being located on the ground floor and on the village end of the large complex. Well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds with a great setup for our family of 4. Unfortunately there wasn’t enough snow for ski out as Elkhorn lift is closed and ski in was pretty dicey so we only tried it once. The Charter shuttle is a very convenient backup. The location of the Charter is good, a short pleasant walk to the village. The maze of lifts and corridors, floors with letters and numbers, all took a while to work out. The hot tubs were good, although busy given the size of the Charter. Indoor pool and gym were ok. We were surprised to find no boot drying facilities, but outdoor ski lockers were ok. We had numerous issues with the front desk and our keys, ending with being locked out pre-checkout which was very inconvenient in ski gear and needing to leave to catch a flight. RemoteKey hosts were responsive and helpful in trying to sort out the repeated issue

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The kitchen dishes were dirty and had to be cleaned before use. The mattress in the suite on the kitchen floor was in very poor condition, and the shower door in that suite was broken. The bed linens were dusty and smelled like they had been stored for a long time. The water in the house had a very strong and unpleasant odor. Everyone had to shower holding their nose, and we did not feel comfortable brushing our teeth with tap water, relying on bottled water instead. Both fireplaces were not working, and this was only disclosed after check-in and after the host sent the address 30 minutes late, even though check-in was scheduled for 4:00 PM. We drove almost 700 miles from Orlando expecting to enjoy the cold weather and the fireplace. My feedback may sound harsh, but when you pay over $2,000 for the stay plus $200 in pet fees, it is reasonable to be demanding. These issues significantly affected our New Year’s celebration. Not recomend.
