“Our stay was for 2 weeks. Convenient to Gatlinburg. Nice park nearby. Nice covered porch. Kitchen fully stocked. Beds comfortable. Owners responsive when contacted. Appliances worked well. Pool table was nice. A/C worked well. Home needs to be deep cleaned - or just cleaned. Cobwebs in various places, dust/hair on lampshades, ring in toilet bowls, stains on comforter in master, carpet needs replaced badly, sofa bed in living room is very uncomfortable (cushions won’t even stay in place when sitting). Ice maker won’t shut off once container is full. Kitchen sink leaks underneath if you leave water in the sink to wash dishes. Hot tub leaks and needs “topped off” every few days just so it will continue heating. It’s leaking to below the deck and from the looks of the floor joists, it has for awhile. I probably wouldn’t stay here again, as is, considering the price and issues.”

“Once you get over the driveway, you will love the home. 😂 My family vacation was amazing and Beckon homes was very responsive and helped us with anything we needed. Everyone had enough space to do as they wanted or hang out as a group. The views are amazing! The house is in a great location, away from the hustle of the crowds but close enough to be in town within 10 minutes. We definitely would rent this property again!”
