“Excellent property for 3 families. Location near the club house, pools, and courts was a real plus for our teenage kids to walk over unsupervised. The house itself was excellent overall. Having a fully stocked kitchen with enough silverware and dishes for 12 people plus everything needed for cooking meals was great. The only downside was the floors and walls allow a lot of sound through and the stairs are creaky making it hard to sleep in once others were awake. However, would stay there again.”

“We enjoyed our stay here. The 6 bedrooms made it perfect for us. Linens were clean and fresh with plenty of towels. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. The washer and dryer made it easy to keep up with wet clothes and kiddo messes! There are balconies on every level of the house in the back. The views were beautiful. There were games for adults and kids in the house and on the balcony. We could go to Pigeon Forge or Gaitlinburg in just a few minutes. Parking was easy and convenient. If you need plenty of room for sleeping, this is your house. We enjoyed the layout. There was a main suite on the entry level that was perfect for my husband and I. We also enjoy going downstairs to play games with our grandkids. The gas fireplaces made the balconies cozy and enjoyable in the evenings! We hope to come again!”

“We absolutely enjoyed everything about this cabin! It was perfect for our big family gathering. The cabin was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax and spend time together. The location was great—close to Gatlinburg attractions while still feeling peaceful and private. The views were beautiful, and the amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. We made so many wonderful family memories here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend for large families visiting Gatlinburg! 😊”

“Beautiful view, fairly convenient place, and clear instructions. The house is clearly not maintained or lived in beyond the bare minimum. A lot of the chairs, tools, games, etc are old or missing things. One of the hot tubs doesn’t work.”
