“We arrived to dirty dishes in the cabinets and a squished roach on the wall. The oven handle was also broken; maintenance did fix it and clean the roach, but once we brought up compensation for all the other problems, communication stopped. The layout is bizarre (the 2nd-floor master only has a small shower, while the 3rd floor gets the soaking tub), and the electrical is miswired so lights/fans in both king rooms operate together. The hot tub jets didn't work, cornhole was broken, and foosballs were hidden in a 2nd-floor nightstand. Caution: Though listed for 8, it isn't stocked for 8 or stays over 1–2 nights (no salt/pepper). Bring cookware, extra trash bags, and detergent. Beautiful views, but zero upkeep. We won't return and won't book a corporate-managed Airbnb again.”

“The cabin needs a few corrections… ceiling fan… better door frame/lock….better cleaning… very loud when people are walking around on upstairs floors!”

“The cabin itself is beautiful, the area it is in is beautiful. The beds, all three were actually very uncomfortable. The shower in the upstairs main bedroom was dirty. But overall we enjoyed the stay. I feel the price was high considering the bed quality and the shower cleanliness.”

“Host was responsive but not helpful at all. They will just acknowledge your concern and not do anything about it. They were stingy with supplies. We booked for 14people for 2nights and they provided ONE roll of paper towel, 2 dishwasher pods, a 50mL dishwasher fluid, and 2 trash bags (including the one already in place). The sheets don’t look like they were washed. There were hair on the “unused” sheets. There were cob webs on the balcony. We did not see any grill. For bedroom 3, the “single beds” they are talking about were actually pull out beds. There was definitely no extra pillows, and we asked for the location of sheets to be used for the sofa bed and never got a response. Cooking basics specified oil, salt, & pepper — they didn’t provide any of that. Also be careful with the mat in front of the entrance. 2 people in our group slipped because of it.”

“A nice condo on a quiet hill high on the mountain. We stayed 3 nights and had one towel per person and one hand towel per bathroom which could have used a couple more. The listing showed no pets allowed but the place wreaked of pet urine in the living room and high animal dander allergy issues upstairs bedroom. The place could use a deep cleaning and paint job. The doors to get outside are difficult to open and the doors hardly close. It was a comfortable stay the beds were comfy and it served its overnight purpose but a little TLC and a little amenity would make this a really great place.”
