“This is a perfect location to stay, especially if you are attending an event at the Factory. We arrived a little bit early and we're not able to access the unit until check in time. But It has a very nice shaded front porch with rocking chairs, so we just waited until the time arrived. Everything was beautiful and clean inside just as advertised.”

“Being close to the Factory at Franklin with other shops and action close by was amazing. Home was peaceful with nice views of rolling hills from the front porch for quiet enjoyment”

“The home was clean and matched the listing. However, shortly after arriving on the first night of our stay, we saw a mouse in the dining room. Since we were traveling with a toddler, we didn't feel comfortable staying and left that night for a hotel. The host came the following day to set traps, and we returned to stay one night. Despite the host's efforts, we still didn't feel comfortable remaining in the home with a young child, so we ended our trip early and did not stay for the final two nights of our reservation. The host refunded only the first night that we spent at the hotel. While the host was responsive, the mouse issue had a significant impact on our stay.”

“For the price it definitely needs some work done. There were 2 chairs on patio, 1 of the chairs was broken. The bathroom door does not close properly. The door is a barn door on a track and kept coming off the track. I was glad it was only my mom and daughter with me otherwise people can see right in. The walls definitely could use a touch up. Would not go back again.”
