“This place was great! we were in town for a wedding and this house fit us 3 couples very comfortably, having our own bathroom was very nice and private. It was within walking distance to downtown Franklin to the shops and some local coffee spots which worked out really well as we did not rent a car. Everything was very updated and clean when we got there and the communication for check in and check out was clear. Highly recommend if you're looking for a spot close to downtown Franklin!”

“Great rental for a group of teenage boys in town for wrestling camp. Game room kept them busy and gave them personal space. West Coast Tacos is a short 4 minute walk with legit Mexicali meals.”

“What a lovely home ! super spacious, and wonderful value for the price. It is modernized, the AC worked great and the appliances were all in tip top order. We really appreciated the extra spices and goodies like saran wrap and foil etc left by prior guests - so many don’t leave them . there were plenty of extra towels and washcloths in the closet - I washed all the ones we used before we left as a treat for your housekeeper. The beds were all comfortable and bedding and pillows adequate . we did wish at least one of the showers had a hand-held shower as many do nowadays due to our senior citizen guests who no longer raise arms and legs as easily. but that is the only quick suggestion I have . This location is walking distance to a cute coffee shop behind the Lotz house and walking distance to so many historical sites . the front porch is close to the road with four rocking chairs . so sweet. there is no yard, no grass but there is plenty in the neighborhood . thank you !”
