“We rented the full house and separate tiny home apartment. It was perfect for us and will definitely be back when traveling through Tennessee again!”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The only reasons for the low stat rating is we had power issues multiple times. The home is so remote that there is no signal on your cell phone without the wifi connection. We lost power multiple times during our 4 day stay and it was difficult to communicate needs during this time. There was a flashlight in the home but it was rechargeable and dead. There were no candles or matches for us to use. I did recommend they get a generator for future guests. The other issue was the stairs going into the front porch. The wood was rotten and the screws were poking up when you stepped on them. The house itself is beautiful and well maintained and clean. It is very peaceful and the furniture was very comfortable. We made good use of the fire pit. It would have been the perfect stay if not for the power and communication issues.”

“The water ran brown when the shower was turned on for a long time, the grass had not been mowed, the host said it was because of rain, however when we talked to locals, there had been NO rain in weeks. There was also a large hole in the porch that the host said had just happened but it was obvious that it had been there a long time.”
