“This was our groups first time in Tennessee, we have done this trip locally in Ohio too but wanted to do something different this year. Our hosts were WONDERFUL; accommodating, kind and have a beautiful place! The water was perfect for us and we loved going on the kayaks, paddle boards and floats! It was peaceful and a perfect amount of space for me and 7 others! The kitchen and dinning room was perfect for group meals and games at night! Our hosts were amazing and quickly responded to any of our questions and gave some great recommendations! I could not rave about this place more and we loved it so much we want to come back next year!”

“Our family of 11 people had a wonderful stay at this home which was a perfect location as well. Very nice to see how clean the home was. Enjoyed the quietness of the property. It was just perfect being able to get into the water from the private dock in which we docked the jet ski and rafts. The host was very quick and helpful in answering any concerns or questions within minutes. That was impressive! We did leave an item behind and the host and his assistant made an extra trip and found the item in a closet. They even shipped the item which to us was above and beyond. Thank you for all you have done for us. Great host and assistant!”

“The stay was very nice, and offered some amenities with the property. Some of the paddle boards/oars were needing repair as well as the dishwasher and pinball machine. But other than those minor details everything was up to par and we really enjoyed the stay. The host was very responsive and helped me inquire about certain areas of the property.”
