“This home has the best views on Douglas Lake. That is what you are coming for. The paddle boards and kayaks were the highlight of the trip. The hot tub and pier also were hits. The kitchen is well equipped. There has been mention of a musky moldy smell, that is still present and quite overwhelming. We do not recommend if you are an allergy or asthma sufferer. The game room had a lot of fun things for kids and adults alike. There were plenty of extra towels provided which was a nice touch considering you are on the lake with water sports. Hosts were great with communication.”

“The best place to stay in the mountains! Beautiful views, clean home, and a yard full of wild blackberries, pears, and figs. My kids loved running around in the evening catching fireflies, toasting marshmallows and watching movies in the theater when it rained. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We will be back!”
