“This property is exactly as the host described. Roughly 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Dollywood without feeling crowded. It rained most of our stay so the outdoor spaces didn't really have an opportunity to be used other than the hot tub. Our kids loved the separate game room and it was well maintained. My only wish was that part of the property was fenced or had a dog run where we could let our pet off leash.”

“Great house! Obviously a rental, so dusty and minimal housewares i.e. dish clothes, paper towels, garbage bags. For the price and location with an amazing hot tub, would stay again!”

“Cabin is very secluded. Once there you will love the serenity. Saw 2 bears decently close to cabin. Cabin is exactly as described and very clean. Highly recommend choosing any of their properties.”

“Laid Back Lodge was picture perfect!! We had wonderful, clean accommodations, loved the privacy and floor plan. It was our first time in the mountains and we weren’t disappointed at all. My only regret is not staying longer. I plan to return to the same cabin for an extended stay in the near future. Thank you for responding to my questions promptly and respectfully. “Overall our family enjoyed our stay. We had a nice big yard for family dogs to use. We did not utilize the sauna as it was much smaller in person. The house lacked a few items like hand-soap and not enough trash bags or paper towels but we were able to run to a nearby store to replenish. Property owners did answer quickly when requesting a broom as there was not one upon arrival. Trash bins filled up pretty quickly but we requested them to be emptied a few days before leaving which received a quick reply. Overall was pretty clean and nice location set back from the hustle and bustle of the touristy attractions.”

“We absolutely loved our air BnB it was a beautiful getaway with friends and family! Clean cozy beautiful surroundings the views and the peace/privacy you have up there is just incredible. Host is friendly and responsive! HUGE jacuzzi! 3 bedrooms with hot tup and fire place! Around 20 minutes to pigeon forge attractions and 40-50 minutes to gatlinburg. The kitchen had every utensils needed and more! Detergent soaps and dishwash was provided from host dishwasher wash machine dryer works very well and in great condition. Absolutely loved it here the price was beyond reasonable for this location!!”
