“This property is managed by a management company. The house needs some TLC. It suited our needs but definitely could use some updating and repairs.”

“Entry code was wrong, I had to stand outside at 11pm for 20 minutes to get the code. House was filthy, hate was burned down and a barking dog was able to get right in back yard, sliding door was broke, bugs and excessive ants, pullout couch had dirty sheets and bugs on it. DONT NOT STAY HERE!”

“We stayed here with a group of 10 for a family trip. The home is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, and the park across the street was a big plus especially for the kids. Check-in was smooth and easy. However, several amenities were not very usable. The water system was a major issue running the washer, sink, or shower close together caused hot water to run out quickly, which was difficult for our group. The stovetop burners also barely worked, despite a prior review noting this issue months ago. Basic supplies were lacking. For 10 people over 3 days, only two rolls of toilet paper were provided, with no dishwasher pods, trash bags, or laundry detergent, even though checkout tasks required them. The outdoor trash bin was already full. We also noticed ants inside near all the windows so be aware of that.A forgotten item was eventually returned, but only after 12 days and multiple follow-ups. Overall: 6/10. Great location, but needs better maintenance and stocking.”
