“Location was great and the cabin was nice and clean. Would’ve given 5 stars but the bed was broke and must’ve been for a bit since we seen someone else had the same comment. There was limited kitchen supplies and some dishes/cups were dirty upon arrival. Also for almost 1700 bucks you would think the place would come with actual hand soap and more than their definition of a starter pack for one garbage bag that’s in the can already. Again nice place and it was a great cabin but for the price please include the smaller stuff to make it a truly great experience and not have to worry about running out of essentials.”

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Avada, LLC’s cabin Airbnb. It was quiet and secluded while still being within 30 minutes of many things, including Downtown Gatlinburg. Due to spotty cell service we did have a bit of trouble initially locating the correct cabin, but once we did, we had no problems. If you are looking for a cozy cabin to use as a home base for exploring the National Park or the surrounding area, this is a good choice.”

“It was a great place with a beautiful view for the price, just was not told the instructions on how to find unit so we had to look all over since it is very easy to get lost up there. And there was a broken window boarded up next to front door with glass all over not in pics and not told about.”
