“We had a large group and had trouble finding a place that met everyone's wish list. This place had everything we were looking for. It was a perfect find. You can tell Matt is an experienced host. The house is very comfortable and has many little touches that add to your stay. Matt was easy to work with and responsive to messages. Words don't do justice to this place. It's the perfect little retreat. We were very happy.”

“All of our guests had a great time! Host was pretty fast at responding. A/C did not work as well for being over 80 degrees especially the upstairs but would cool off at night. 1 kayak was broken. The pull out bed upstairs was also broken and not available so good thing we had 1 guest that was not coming anymore. House was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub was amazing and the guests loved having plenty of space to sit outside. The guys especially appreciated having the dock to fish. Very spacious for all our guests to feel comfortable.”

“House is in a beautiful location, very nice size so accommodated three different families with a beautiful pool the kids loved swimming most of their days. Close enough to Nashville and all the entertainment at Nashville has the offer overall really good place to stay and Chris our host was very accommodating”

“We had a fantastic stay! We came with a large group, and the house had plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. The pickleball court and pool were huge highlights and kept our group entertained throughout the trip. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was easy, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for families or larger groups looking for a fun getaway!”

“i won’t repeat the main points of what other guests have said (although i agree…chris’s house and property are gorgeous, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing); instead, i want to mention a few of the small details that don’t always get included in reviews but that make it clear that chris and his team are intentional about doing little extras here and there that make a guest’s stay super easy and special… - outdoor cooler carts at the pool and pickleball areas - freestanding commercial ice maker - top brand home products (dawn, gain, etc) - kitchen EVERYTHING! loads of small appliances, plenty of clean dish sponges, more spices than i have in my own kitchen! - large dock that’s visible from every room on that side of the house - most places have really limited essentials (trash bags, toilet paper, aluminum foil) but our family of 8 had everything we needed for our whole stay. LOVELOVELOVE this airbnb and am super thankful to chris for a perfect family vacation!!!”
