“The place was great. Has every amenity you’d ever want. Good distance from town so that you weren’t exposed to traffic noise.”

“Parkside resort is very accessible and friendly, pictures as described, very clean and necessities provided. Check-in was very easy and staff were very helpful. Cleanliness was very up kept, although there we ladybugs in the cabin I enjoyed the cabin peaceful feel they were part of the experience. The only downfall was the hot water kept going in and out so we experienced more cold water than hot until it warmed up. Maintenance was reliable but explained that there tanks can only provide so much heat so that’s why the 4 stars. We will book again as long as that is fixed or try another cabin directly through the resort they had plenty cabins. Thanks for the stay.”

“The cabin was wonderful. The views were nice and felt secluded though minutes from the main drag in Pigeon Forge. The we all loved the game room and media room too. The gas fireplaces were a nice touch, too. We would definitely come back and stay!”
