“Parkside resort is very accessible and friendly, pictures as described, very clean and necessities provided. Check-in was very easy and staff were very helpful. Cleanliness was very up kept, although there we ladybugs in the cabin I enjoyed the cabin peaceful feel they were part of the experience. The only downfall was the hot water kept going in and out so we experienced more cold water than hot until it warmed up. Maintenance was reliable but explained that there tanks can only provide so much heat so that’s why the 4 stars. We will book again as long as that is fixed or try another cabin directly through the resort they had plenty cabins. Thanks for the stay.”

“We had an amazing stay overall. The views were absolutely beautiful, and we were even lucky enough to see a black bear, which made the experience extra special. The home had more than enough space to comfortably accommodate our family of 12, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. There were a few downsides during our stay. Several of the meals we planned were meant to be cooked on the grill, but when we went to use it, the grill was dirty and the propane tank was empty. We attempted to contact the host but did not receive a response. We ended up going back to the welcome center to get assistance. Maintenance did replace the propane tank, but unfortunately the grill still did not work properly, so we had to cook everything on the stovetop instead. We also noticed upon arrival that one of the bed headboards was broken. Despite these issues, we truly enjoyed our stay.”

“A very nice place, we loved the hot tub and the firepit! The kids loved the indoor pool with the slides! Everyday we saw a bear that was great! We rented Thanksgiving week it was really expensive, so next time we'll make sure its not a holiday. It was a great cabin it accommodated all 10 of us!”

“Cute cabin perfect for a group of four to six. Everything was as advertised plus there was a good bit of holiday cheer added in the way of seasonal lighting and decor including a seasonal Christmas tree in the living room. A few minor wear and tear items, but nothing worth complaining about. All major appliances were working including the jacuzzi, they could use some juice jacuzzi instructions about how long it takes to heat up etc.”

“Location is great and great layout. Water heater needs to be larger due to only 2 people being able to shower before it goes cold. Be sure to follow directions from light #10 vs gps. Several folks stopped by trying to get to main office bc they entered the back way. Did have some issues with locks not locking, dirty utensils left outside by the grill and grill not cleaned along with empty propane and rugs not being vacuumed due to cleaners not having vacuums (that’s what we were told) and no broom left in cabin but maintenance and office quickly got it taken care of. Very friendly staff. The area is gorgeous especially with the Christmas Decor!”

“Absolutely loved this place. It was very clean and everyone enjoyed the space and the views. The only issue we had were the beds were a bit uncomfortable and noisy when moving and the water in the shower upstairs completely shut off during use a couple times. We also could not use the fire pit because it wouldn’t ignite. Loved it though and we will come back.”
