Accommodations by Parkside

“The place was not clean upon arrival, the bed looked as if someone else had been in it. It was a lot of hair, don’t know if it was dog, cat or human hair. The bed had bed bugs and I made sure to video it because it was unrealistic. Cabin 209 needs to be completed empty out and deep cleaned with new furniture. I would not recommend that cabin until it has been deep cleaned”

“Disappointed with the lack of communication regarding towels. A family of four has to use a blow dryer to dry off after showers. In the heat of summer.. super inconvenient! Also, the electrical outlet stopped working in the bathroom.”

“Was far from clean, was overwhelmed with spiders. Check in process was not simple kept asking us to check in at an office. I had to basically beg for the check in details two hours after check in time. Would not recommend”

“Great stay! Only reason we don’t give it 5 stars is because the Tepee we booked had an issue when previous guests checked out. We were told of this when we were checking in and not prior to. They moved us to a different Tepee for one night. Second night, we were moved to another that had bunkbeds (original booking WAS for a Tepee with bunkbeds) Overall, great location and easy to find.”

“My kids loved the tepee. We were told at check in we could have our food delivered to us. When we called we were told they were not able to. We would stay again!”
