“I was booking the unit for a crew coming to town to do some work for the week. Trying to get everything booked and taken care of took 3 days to complete. I was requested several times to duplicate and resubmit information. It was very frustrating to try and get this rental taken care as they were slow to respond or non-responsive at all. Otherwise, the unit was satisfactory.”

“Beautiful spot for a birthday weekend celebration with girlfriends. Close to all downtown Memphis had to offer. Great to have a two car garage as would not want to walk in the neighborhood at night. Roof deck wonderful in the evening.”

“Good location, but the pictures didn’t match the apartment. When driving down to the location, the area is beautiful with nice condos and apartments, but when you get to this unit, it is gated and looks like it doesn’t belong. Smelly, not very clean floor, not enough kitchen supplies to cook an actual meal! The outside of the apartment is dirty and had trash in the parking lot. My husband wouldn’t sit on the couch until I put sheets down over it. Plus I left my pillow and have texted her, but she won’t reply.”
