“When we arrived, the grill was not operable and could not be used safely. The owner promptly arranged for a new grill to be delivered on Sunday so we could use it during our week-long stay. We greatly appreciated the quick response and immediate replacement, which allowed us to enjoy grilling for the remainder of our vacation.”

“Overall our stay was great. We love the location and have stayed at this development many other times. My only comment to the contrary would be that responses to messages left were slow to be answered. One suggestion for future guests would be to invest in some laundry baskets - when there are multiple levels of living space like this property it makes using laundry amenities a little easier. Thanks for the opportunity to stay at your place. The Hills never disappoint.”
