“We enjoyed a week in the Black Hills. We stayed in the Gold Mill half of this house. We were a group of five and it was perfect for our needs. We cooked several meals and had everything we needed ( except the food😊). The deck looks out over Hill City and a has a beautiful view of the Black Hills. We enjoyed having a garage to use and the laundry room was very nice. We would definitely stay at this location again. You won’t be disappointed if you decide to stay there. 👍”

“We stayed at the Prospector property in Hill City, SD. We had 3 couples for a week long side-by-side/UTV riding trip. The property was perfect for 3 couples with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. This property is extremely well taken care of. Normally there are at least some minor issues/drawbacks to properties we stay in. Not at this place. The house was the cleanest one we've ever stayed in. Very tastefully decorated and equipped. Plenty of plates, silverware, cups, glasses, cookware, bowls, etc. Best equipped kitchen I've ever experienced in vacation rentals. Beds were comfortable and clean. The view overlooking Hill City from the second story deck off the kitchen was awesome. Plenty of room on the deck and we enjoyed it for morning coffee and evening socializing and cocktails. Parking was ample for our 3 trucks and trailers. We put the 3 (4 door) UTV's in the garage overnight. It took about 2 minutes to get to the store, gas station and downtown area . This place was awesome!”
