“Great location and home. We had a great time all things considered. The lack of communication with an actual person was extremely frustrating. We went the stay without any internet or TVs.”airbnb

“We enjoyed a week in the Black Hills. We stayed in the Gold Mill half of this house. We were a group of five and it was perfect for our needs. We cooked several meals and had everything we needed ( except the food😊). The deck looks out over Hill City and a has a beautiful view of the Black Hills. We enjoyed having a garage to use and the laundry room was very nice. We would definitely stay at this location again. You won’t be disappointed if you decide to stay there. 👍”airbnb

“Wonderful experience. Great location… close enough to town ; yet far enough for privacy. Easy access to CSP.”airbnb

“We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, and the area was quiet and peaceful. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the back deck and watching the rabbits and deer—our kids absolutely loved it! The drive to Custer State Park was quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!”airbnb

“Very expensive for what it is. I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs and all others have supplied basic amenities - coffee, shower supplies. I knew shampoo/conditioner was not supplied but didn’t realize there would be no coffee supplies. Paying nearly $200 a night, I guess I expected a basic supply of coffee/sugar. The shower water temperature was either extremely hot or extremely cold; it fluctuated on its own and made it very difficult to take a shower. I also ended up staying when the overnight temps were cold, below 30 one night. The small heater was not enough to keep the place warm. I would not stay here again or recommend this place based on the high price and what it actually is.”airbnb

“The place was very nice but could be managed a little better. The location was very beautiful. The beds were very hard so depending on your preference, that may be good or bad. It was difficult to see the house as we pulled up (after dark) as there were no lights outside or any on inside. The thermostats are to be set at 55° when you leave so be warned it will be that cold when you first arrive and it takes awhile to heat up.”airbnb
