“The views from this property were absolutely breathtaking, and that was definitely the highlight of our stay.”

“This is our second year staying at this house. When we first arrived our beds didn’t have the sheets on and there weren’t any towels. After calling someone did arrive to fix this issue. There was trash left out by the pool area that we had to dispose of. The pool is filled with debris from the trees. We had to clean it at least 3 times a day. The house has some areas inside that need fixed: broken dressers, cupboards, etc. needs some maintenance. We loved this house last year but this year felt like there were some mi nor issues that should be taken care of before we arrive.”

“Would NEVER rent through Thomas Beach Vacations again! The pictures and description didn’t even come close to what the house looked like! HORRIBLE!! Left us stranded with no where to stay after driving over 12 hrs to get there! House had mold in it and was disgusting! This house was so dirty and the pool wasn’t even usable! Every chair around the pool was broke, half the tiles in the pool were broke off and laying on the picnic table which was so rusted you couldn’t even sit at. Pool water was so cloudy and so much sand inside of it. The words of the manager i spoke to were “not sure what I can do at this point.” After i pushed back because we had no where to stay, he sent us to a high rise condo where there was no parking so we didn’t even get out to look. Would NEVER book through you again! You left us stranded with no where to stay after driving over 12 hours!”

“The unit itself and the location were great. The building itself is rather run down but we were really happy and loved being literally steps from the beach.”
