“This house was very cozy and relaxing. Location was perfect. Was a great place for my family and grandchildren. Would definitely stay here again!”

“My husband and I stayed here with our three kids (two teenagers and a preteen) plus two of their teenage friends, and it was the perfect place for our family vacation. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, which made our days so much easier and more enjoyable. The outdoor shower was one of our favorite features, making it easy to rinse off after the beach before heading to the pool. The pool was a huge hit with all the kids and gave everyone another great place to relax and have fun. We also loved being close to restaurants, shopping, and everything else we needed during our stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our group. We made wonderful memories here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend for families looking for a convenient and relaxing week beach getaway!”

“Overall, fins up was great.Except for the floor that looked clean, but all of our feet were black and dirty on day, one and the dining table was very, very sticky, even after trying to scrub it with hot water and soap.”

“The penthouse was not really a penthouse. There are 2 floors of several penthouses. For the price of this condominium you should not find damages, 20 year old washer and dryer and dishwasher. They were rusted and very noisy to use. You receive a gift package of things that should be included with the rental (bags, soap bars, dishwasher detergent). Have to rent the towels and wash rags. We did not like having to get the keys and remotes from an off site location and then having to return them at departure. We were early and was told they would message us when the unit was ready. Actually checked in after 3 before receiving room ready text.”

“Best view of the inlet. Perfect for fishing and boating. Would def stay here again! 10/10”

“House is in need of some updates. Handrail on inside steps had to be replaced while we were there. Grill was unusable and also had to be replaced while we were there. The furniture needs to be cleaned desperately, there were multiple pieces that I would not even sit on. We knew the house was outdated from previous comments, but it still served the purpose that we needed it for.”

“You can walk or quickly drive to restaurants and the beach. You can fish right from the property.”

“Stayed here for a 12 man golf trip. Place was great for what we needed. Clean and spacious. The hot tub was disappointing. Only a few jets worked and the water level did not remain consistent. Had to keep filling with the hose which lowered the temperature and took hours to get back to temp. Hot tub was one of the main reasons we booked this location”

“Fantastic location and great layout of home. Plenty of room for large families to relax and play. Game room was great, however no foosball ball. Most remotes were either missing batteries and or had dead ones, same for lightbulbs in lamps. Took two days to get it fixed. Hot tub was full of sand and about 12" low on water. They came out next morning to fix. Booked to be able to hang around nice pool shown in picture, but when arrived pool was not running, full of trash and green slime. Hand written note on door about pool broken. This should have been told to us prior. Need some minor help inside. Pots and pans are in need of replacement and table and chairs were falling apart with some bolts and screws falling off. We fixed two of them ourselves. If owner can get these fixed up and a little tlc, this place would be awesome. Has plenty of potential.”
