“All and all it was very much like home”

“Stayed here for a 12 man golf trip. Place was great for what we needed. Clean and spacious. The hot tub was disappointing. Only a few jets worked and the water level did not remain consistent. Had to keep filling with the hose which lowered the temperature and took hours to get back to temp. Hot tub was one of the main reasons we booked this location”

“Fantastic location and great layout of home. Plenty of room for large families to relax and play. Game room was great, however no foosball ball. Most remotes were either missing batteries and or had dead ones, same for lightbulbs in lamps. Took two days to get it fixed. Hot tub was full of sand and about 12" low on water. They came out next morning to fix. Booked to be able to hang around nice pool shown in picture, but when arrived pool was not running, full of trash and green slime. Hand written note on door about pool broken. This should have been told to us prior. Need some minor help inside. Pots and pans are in need of replacement and table and chairs were falling apart with some bolts and screws falling off. We fixed two of them ourselves. If owner can get these fixed up and a little tlc, this place would be awesome. Has plenty of potential.”

“Planning our vacation was extremely easy dealing with Thomas Vacations. Our emails received a quick response and all were very professional. We like to travel with our four legged "son" and they were quick to assure us our 6 year old, Golden Retriever, was welcome. They took time to answer our questions, allowing us to feel comfortable to proceed. We knew there would likely be no one in the office on our arrival date of 12/25. All pertinent paperwork, etc was in their lock box and provided us with the combination. We found the condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and had a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean. They had a well appointed kitchen with all the utensils to prepare any meals when we chose to eat in. The one thing I would suggest in possibly having a small selection of storage containers for left overs. Everything in the condo worked perfectly and the beds were very comfortable. Everyone in our party had a great time. We would surely stay there again!”

“Overall the space was good. The game room needs attention- missing pool balls and the racing game didn't work all the time. Other maintenance issues like the hot tub not working, AC not cooling the top floor, an outlet that looked like there was a short and burned out, and a bedroom door hanging by one screw- all these as we arrived. The hot tub and AC were never resolved over our 6 night stay despite multiple messages that the issues were fixed. They did send a small 3% refund. This was our 4th annual golf trip with 12 guys and first time using this company. We will not use them again. Overall, the service and price were not worth it at all.”

“The house was very nice and accommodated our 3 families. Everything but the pool was as advertised. We were disappointed that we were bothered with pool repair people on a daily basis with no warning. We also had to fill the pool constantly with freezing cold water from the hose.”

“Overall house was nice and spacious. Frustrations were, 2 non working tvs, remotes without batteries, multiple cockroaches dead and alive, downstairs shower pooled while showering and took a long time to drain, neighbors were parked in our driveway when we came home one evening, not enough furniture in the living room upstairs for people to gather. Living room couch, loveseat and pillows on both need a good cleaning, very dirty. I have rented from Thomas before and was always very impressed but this one was disappointing.”
