House is wonderful and the location is great. The screened porches were the perfect way to start and the end the day and it was so convenient to the beach path. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back.

We enjoyed our stay at this beach house on Sullivan’s Island. The home is very clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and high‑quality linens and towels. The kitchen is well equipped if you prefer to cook, and the decks offer great spots to relax with a beautiful view of the ocean. The location is excellent — walking distance to the beach, the fort, nature trails, and several great restaurants. It’s an ideal base for exploring the island. That said, the house would benefit from better maintenance. Some areas feel worn, and the sliding screen doors to the deck are particularly difficult to use and need attention. While the place is comfortable, it’s clear that upkeep hasn’t kept pace with the otherwise great potential of the property. Overall, a clean, comfortable home in a fantastic location, with a few maintenance issues to be aware of.

This Airbnb was perfect for our family. It is right by the beach access so location doesn’t get better. The house itself is just what I’m looking for in a beach vacation spot - a functional kitchen, hang out space, nice bedrooms etc. On top of all that there’s a deck, outdoor space and and a sun porch. Last reviewer said it could use some updates, but I think that’s unnecessary for my tastes. I’d rather stay somewhere comfortable but not a real estate flip that feels overly curated or sterile. Yes the aesthetic isn’t the most current, but who cares! Roomier hang out space than the pictures even convey. Loved our stay and hope we can return.

Had a great time - happy to have stayed here! But while I gave a 5 so as not to screw over the rating, it's more a 4 or 4.5 that could be a 5 with a few changes. Pros: good location on 2nd row; walkable to beach(200m) and restaurants(1 mile); quiet except for neighbor's pool hum; hear waves a bit outside; hdwd flrs; great porches Cons: -Master bath shower had black stuff in the caulk/grout. They should re-caulk/clean. Stray hairs. -On kitchen ceiling were black spots near a light fixture - mold? -Communication polite but impersonal - the responses would be AI most of the time, then stimes it'd be a real person who then had to consult the manager -Only way to enter/exit the house was dark staircase underneath the house with 12 digit code. No key to front door so no way to lock -Shutters only open a foot - *maybe* normal for those? but kinda dark/couldnt see out -Master ok mattress but fitted sheet was knotty/rough. Other beds creaky -For almost $600/nt in Feb, they should fix flaws
