“We had a wonderful week at this Sullivan’s Island home. The location is excellent — just a very short walk to both the beach and the island’s great restaurants, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The screened front porch with ceiling fans was one of our favorite spots to relax, even in August. The house layout is fantastic, with three separate wings that gave each part of our family their own space. The large kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Parking was plentiful and easy. Carroll Realty was great to work with — communication was clear, and key pick-up/drop-off was simple. The air conditioning and ceiling fans kept the house perfectly cool during the hot summer days. Overall, this home made for a comfortable, relaxing stay, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!”
