“We had an amazing time here. I only gave it four instead of five stars because of the age of the home (windows, outlets,etc). But the location and the actual property was incredible!! This is truly a beach house worthy of a big family! That back porch is legendary. We had such a great stay!”

““The Green House” which is what my family has always called it, is the most amazing beach house on Sullivans! It is a true beach cottage with old bones and character to transport you to a simpler times. This is a no frills place and that’s how we like it! Being from the area, all of our family stopped by during the week to sit on the porch and chat for hours or run out to the beach for walks along the water. Waking up and opening all of the doors was my favorite activity in the morning along with sitting on the porch and watching ships cruise by. We ended up booking an extra night after friends left and AdvantStay brought us more supplies right when we requested them!”
