“Our group of 7 adults, a baby and toddler loved this place. Location was excellent and lots to do. The place was spacious and allowed everyone their own space. The Wild Dunes complex allows for many activities including biking, tennis, pickleball, beach, pool, restaurants and golf! Excellent location.”

“Wonderful stay. Very private and tons of space. We rented golf carts which made it easier to get to the main strip, but close enough to where we could have walked. The beach was about a 5min walk and about 20min walk to restaurants and things. With 6 adults and 2 dogs we didnt feel over crowded. We would most definitely stay here again!”

“The location was nice, one block from the beach in a less crowed area so prefect for my family. We were there for a quick trip (2 nights, 1 day) so we didn't sirens much time in the home. It appeared to have everything you would need for a longer stay. The beds were comfortable, house was clean and there were activities for the kids, aloing with extra beach essentials. The outdoor furniture was a little worn but the porch is very large and could be a nice gathering space for the family or a nice place to sit and read a good book. Overall, we enjoyed our time there.”

“The location was great, but our stay was significantly impacted by a major issue with the property. Late at night, we discovered the front door could not be properly secured due to a lock malfunction, leaving us unable to lock the home. Instead of relaxing and enjoying our vacation, we spent part of the evening dealing with a security issue that should have been addressed before guests arrived. To be fair, management did eventually offer compensation after the stay that approximately covered the affected night, and I appreciate that acknowledgment. However, compensation after the fact does not undo the inconvenience, stress, and disruption caused during the trip itself. We also encountered maintenance and quality-control concerns, including an inadequate privacy covering for a bedroom window directly above the bed. While the location is appealing, our experience left us disappointed in the property’s upkeep and overall guest experience.”

“This apartment was not suitable for people to be staying in as evidenced by the black mold in the shower. My husband and daughter became sick during our visit pillows on the bed had visible mold when we checked in the back deck screen was completely off because of rotting, and there was nail sticking out of it, which was dangerous. The front door had pieces of wood falling off of it as we entered I requested a refund or at least partial refund from the real estate company which they offered $100. I let them know that $100 is not sufficient for a condo that was unfit for visitors as it relates to health concerns.”

“The house is amazing! Super clean and in a great location. For the money we spent for a house with a pool, I would have expected that pool towels would be provided. Also, there were a lot of rules, which I understand wanting to protect your property, but it also made us feel like we were walking on eggshells. All in all though we had a great family vacation and the house was perfect!”

“Visit was great, however we were not aware of the new construction happening next door. We had a short walk to the beach because of a renurishment program that had not started as yet.”

“We had a great stay. The linens and towels were clean as was the rest of the house. The grill was functioning, clean and had enough propane. The ping-pong table was also a hit. The location was very convenient to the beach and the pool was clean and enjoyable. There was plenty of space for our crew and the en-suite bathrooms were spacious and pristine. As in other reviews, most of the furniture is tired and there is still some work to do with the bed situations. We reported several missing light bulbs and burnt out lights that were not addressed during our stay; the lack of lighting in the entry stairs was concerning as it was very dark at night. Proximity to bars with loud noise well into the night wasn’t appreciated by some of our guests. But overall, the positives outweighed any inconveniences and we enjoyed our stay.”

“Very nice inside, comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen very well-stocked. Outside furniture was unkempt. Games outside for the kiddos (basketball hoops) were not usable.”
