“-10 stars. Do not stay here. Place is filthy, smells like urine and cigarettes, has mold, has roaches and ants and bed bugs. Host doesn’t care about the families staying here. Refused to refund the stay even knowing that a COCKROACH ran across my toddlers breakfast plate. Disappointing and poor accountability. On top of that, air b&b support was unhelpful in rectifying the issue.”
