“The house is lovely. We had plenty of room for six adults and four children. The house is very close to the pools and beach but a community shuttle is also available during summer. The property is beautiful and has more amenities than described. This part of the beach is close to many activities and restaurants. This is a great property for a fun family vacation.”

“This review is not for Litchfield — my husband and I love Litchfield! — this review is for this particular rental property. It was such a disappointment! One of the main advertised attractions at Litchfield is the lazy River, pool and hot tub. This rental property advertised that we would have access, but did not include the access card once we arrived. When we called Vacasa about it they initially said it was not included, but when my husband complained they advertised it was they just said oh yes it is included. Vacasa said a local agent would be in touch with us, but they never contacted us to resolve the issue. Very disappointed and will never stay here again! There are much better rental options at Litchfield.”

“We loved our stay at 34 Compass Point. it was a spacious, clean beautiful home that was great for our family vacation. The only thing that concerned me was the refrigerator kept freezing things on the top shelf and there were no wine glasses or hangers, but there are now. We went to the store and grabbed a few to leave behind. Other than that we absolutely loved it and would definitely go again. The Chapman Family”
