“This was clean. I was concerned based on other reviews, but I found it to be really clean. Linens, towels, bedding, even a clean smell walking in. The Wifi was great, the AC worked great, and the pool facilities are amazing. Security is extremely active and visible. An extremely safe feeling. Definitely would rent here again.”

“Great location with lots of good restaurants. Close to local sites like Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington Beach State park. Bedrooms were great with very comfortable beds. Just a few concerns. Like previous reviews have stated we did have issues with ants in the kitchen. Also, water pressure in the master bathroom was very weak. All in all it was a good week staying here.”

“The rental was wonderful and exactly what we were looking for. Our only issue was tiny ants in the kitchen. We asked to have ant baits delivered. Didn’t happen, we were told to just use windex and that would kill them. There was no windex in the house and I wasn’t going out to specifically buy it. Other than this everything was great.”
