It is a very comfortable house, clean and it is in a good location, it has many things nearby to walk and get to know, just as it has beautiful beaches nearby

Unit 908. Great ocean view and fairly clean, but clearly in need of maintenance. They had tape on the cabinet corners holding something together, a loose faucet in the bathroom, scuff marks all over the walls, stains on the furniture, mold on the outdoor chairs, and their sofa bed was absolutely atrocious. You are literally sleeping on springs and the whole bed is falling apart. But the ocean view is great! Wavecrest (especially Sarah) was good at communicating with us, but was unable to accommodate our request to address the sofa bed. My wife and I had literally had no sleep the entire time we were there (we promised the teens the bedroom). I say good (not great) because I often had to initiate updates, but they responded every time, which is appreciated. We asked for compensation for the lack of rest, but the owner refused. One really should not subject guests to a bed that is destroyed like that. We have pics, video and texts to document all of this.

They offer a generally nice place to stay but despite hosting a unit that sleeps 12 wouldn’t offer any assistance with a 3rd parking pass. This added a layer of difficulty to our vacation as on street parking is quite difficult to find. Aside from that the place was in overall good shape for its age and in a good location within North Myrtle Beach. Had they offered to allow us to purchase an extra parking pass or any alternative solution aside from “good luck” this would have gotten 4-stars.

Unfortunately my first negative experience, frequent NMB visitors, that says a lot. The property was not clean or well maintained. Nearly all furniture, including the patio furniture, appeared filthy. The couch had visible stains and heavy wear, and the kitchen chair cushions were nearly black from buildup. The pink accent chairs and additional seating areas were also visibly dirty. The living room overall did not feel clean or welcoming, and the carpeting appeared very old, rough, uneven, and poorly maintained. There were also several maintenance and safety concerns.bathroom sink faucet extremely loose and felt like it could break if not handled carefully.garbage disposal in the kitchen sink was exposed without a proper cover,a safety issue. One of the beds was extremely wobbly and squeaked loudly with even slight movement, unusable for us. While the mattress had a zippered cover, the pillow-top pad was exposed and uncovered which can be a beg bug risk. will not choose unit 907 again

I really enjoyed our stay. It was plenty of room for everyone. Could have use more toilet paper and laundry detergent. Only real issue was the dryer. When it’s spinning it is extremely loud.
