“Mostly issues with cleaning. Arrived 1130pm and had to clean nonstop till after 3am! Crumbs all over livingroom, sand on bedroom floors, dishes were dirty, greasy, some glasses had mold. Hair and lint covering spare blankets. Found half empty water bottle under a bed. Dead bugs in 2 of the beds. Live german roach in a bedroom, dead large roach in the kitchen. Family seriously considered leaving and getting a hotel room that first night!. Upstairs bathroom sinks would not drain. Host sent someone to fix asap. Also offered to arrange a cleaning but by that point we had it done. In fact, the host was always quick to respond, excellent communication by text. Location is very convenient for walking to the beach and a short drive to anything else. Didn't spend much time at the hot tub but seemed fine except for a bit of sand on the bottom. The light was burnt out above the hot tub but forgot to mention it since not out there often. Would suggest new cleaning company but over all was ok stay.”
